Healthy quinoa and cheese salad

It's summer time, so another salad is on the menu. Ready in less than 5 minutes, and packed full of protein and good fats, this healthy salad makes a great lunch.


- cooked quinoa

- goat cheese

- rocket

- sliced cucumber

- lots of basil infused extra virgin olive oil


Put all ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with lots of extra virgin olive oil.
