Nutty pralines

If you're looking for an easy, healthy and delicious chocolate treat, look no further. And if you are dairy or/and gluten free, these pralines are perfect for you.


50 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa minimum)

3 tbp coconut oil

2 tbp cacao powder

1 ½ tbp finely grounded nuts (I prefer almonds or walnuts)

1 ½ maple syrup

a pinch of salt

goji berries (optional)


1. Add the chocolate and coconut butter in a pan and melt them down on low heat, stirring continuously.

2. Turn the heat off, then add the rest of the ingredients mixing them well for 30 seconds.

3. Pour the mix into silicon moulds of your preference and keep them in the fridge for an hour or so.

4. Once they harden, remove your delicious pralines from the moulds and place them on a plate.

You will want to keep them in the fridge as the coconut oil will melt at room temperature.
