When it comes to salads, let's just say I haven't been a huge fan of them, that is until I've started experimenting with different dressings and foods combinations.
I love this salad’s fragrance and texture. And I love it’s nutritious ingredients even more:) It’s super easy to make and it's a great way to add those lovely Omegas in you diet.
- rocket leaves
- red pepper
- sunflower seeds
- ready cooked smoked mackerel
For the dressing:
- olive oil
- squeezed lemon juice
To make the dressing whisk all ingredients together and set aside.
Chop all solid ingredients into small pieces and add them to a salad bowl.
Pour the dressing over your salad, stir it to coat vegetables with dressing, and serve.
